SETTING UP COMPANY MOBILE PHONE AND TABLETS

  1. All devices are setup using our info@apartmentsofmelbourne.com.au and default password.
  2. Install sim card
  3. Download latest firmware or system software
  4. Where possible, use a previous backup and restore as part of the setup 
  5. Activate Google Find My Phone
The following programs or apps should be downloaded from the Google Play Store
  1. Zoho Mail
  2. Zoho Desk
  3. Zoho Sheets
  4. Zoho Cliq
  5. Zoho Workdrive
  6. Zoho Vault
  7. 3CX (if a 3CX user)
  8. Google Sheets
  9. Open Camera – set to 20% resolution, this is a specific camera app to be downloaded
  10. Chrome with default website addresses
  11. Deputy
  12. Setup Google Cloudprinter
  13. Kaspersky Mobile Security including setting this up
In general the home page on each device should have:
  1. Zoho Email open in widget view mode
  2. Zoho Desk
  3. Zoho Sheet
  4. Google Sheet
  5. Chome link
  6. Open Camera
  7. Zoho Cliq
