MINIMUM CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
At Apartments of Melbourne we restrict guest check-ins to a minimum of 21 years old, this is the primary guest, other guests can be any age. This same guest must provide photo ID and credit card and be the primary booker i.e. the booking needs to be in that person’s name. Like anywhere, we have some minimum requirements for check-in:
• The person is 21 years of age or older
• The person has government issued photo ID such as a Passport or Driver’s License
• The person has a credit card in THEIR name and, has available funds to meet our security hold requirements.
• The person is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you can be happy on life! How you made your booking will directly impact on how we need to process this. It generally will only take 10 minutes but, this must be done BEFORE we can issue keys.

DIRECT BOOKINGS Email info@apartmentsofmelbourne.com.au FROM the email address you registered with at time of booking stating your details and the details of the person you are transferring the booking too.
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS PHONE the travel agent or websites customer service, advise them you need to either add a guest or, change the details to another guest’s name. Once complete ask them to email us an update so we can manually adjust your details (info@apartmentsofmelbourne.com.au).

DIRECT BOOKINGS Email info@apartmentsofmelbourne.com.au FROM the email address you registered with at time of booking stating you are cancelling your booking due to age restrictions. Once this is complete we will process your refund without penalty. ALL REFUNDS will take up to 7 days to come back to your account depending on your bank.

Once complete ask them to email us an update so we can manually cancel you booking. (info@apartmentsofmelbourne.com.au). Once this is complete we will process your refund without penalty.
