How to book a Limousine Airport Transfer for Empire Guests.

1. Create a ticket - SUBJECT LINE IS TO INCLUDE: AIRPORT TRANSFER - INSERT DATE - INSERT GUEST NAME

2. Assign ticket to - Empire Host
    Contact name - The guest name
    Due Date - The date of travel

3. Open the ticket then use the forward ticket as an email function.
    Using the templates, choose the template called "Empire Airport Transfer"
    Complete the table with the
guest

information. 
    In the Service Required section - delete the service not required. 
    Send the email toinfo@chauffeurlinkmelbourne.com.au

4. Note - about booking times:
    - The minimum time frame we require to book the car. 
    - Sedan minimum 2 hours notice   
    - Bookings made after business hours (8am-5pm) require
    - Minimum 12 hours notice.

5. Charge the guest in the Cloudbeds System onto their guest account.   
    - A charge code is set up inder "Miscellaneous - Limousine Transfer"

- Sedan minimum 2 hours notice - Sedans seat 4 (3 in the rear and 1 next to the chauffeur)
- $99 per Sedan                                            ($195 from Avalon Airport)
- SUVs minimum 4 hours notice - SUV's seat 4 (3 in the rear and 1 next to the chauffeur, larger luggage storage)
- $125 per SUV                                              ($225 from Avalon Airport)
- People Mover minimum 6 hours notice - Seats 7 people (6 in the back and 1 next to the chauffeur)
- $150 per Van                                              ($240 from Avalon Airport)
- Van's minimum 6 hours notice - Seats 11 people (10 in the back and 1 next to the chauffeur)
- $170 per Van                                              ($250 from Avalon Airport)

The airport transfer service will bring you either from the airport to the Empire Building or from the Empire Building to the Hotel. 

A Sedan will cost $99, a SUV will cost $125, A People Mover will cost $150, and a Van will cost $170 per trip.

Sedans seat 4 (3 in the rear and 1 next to the chauffeur) 
SUV's seat 4 (3 in the rear and 1 next to the chauffeur, with larger luggage storage)
- People Mover Seats 7 people (6 in the back and 1 next to the chauffeur)
- Van's Seats 11 people (10 in the back and 1 next to the chauffeur)

- At the airport, our Chauffeur will meet the guests inside the terminal with their name sign in the arrivals hall.

- $20 extra cost for each baby seat and baby booster.
