To see the current status of our Google WiFi Network open the Google Wi-Fi app on the host phone at Northbank. Each floor has been broken up into east and west and within these we have grouped the transmitters and repeaters.
If a device is showing offline, you will need to go to the room and ensure its plugged in, if so, turn off, wait for a min and then turn on. In some cases, other devices may also be offline and restarting all of them may be needed to ensure the service is working.
Importantly, internet comes into the system via rooms marked as ‘TRANSMITTERS’ on the spreadsheet and, rooms marked as ‘REPEATERS’ simply share this data in a daisy chain
We have several Google WiFi networks setup, these each can be checked and managed via the Google Wi-Fi App on the hosts phone.
If an apartment is isolated or too far from another connection we have a specific modem router in that apartment from the supplier.
